Can I customize the billing cycles and pricing for my app?

Yes! Check out the Edit Billing section in the Provider Portal. You can choose between quarterly, annual, or monthly cycles.

Does Edupaid support ClassWallet and StepUpForStudents?

Yes! Edupaid supports both ClassWallet and StepUpForStudents. Based on the student's state, the appropriate window will be displayed accordingly so that they can claim state funding to replenish their wallet!

What happens if the student is unable to complete the 2x Learning and Mastery goals ?

Edupaid only pays the app provider if the student successfully meets the 2x Learning and Mastery goals. If the student does not meet these goals, the payment will be refunded to the parent and the respective government funding agency depending on the payment mode.
